We knew exactly the house that we wanted but did not know anyone in town. A friend of our son in Fayetteville gave us Jan's name. We called her and arranged a meeting. She was great. Most importantly, we got exactly what we wanted at what we thought was a bargain from the gracious former owner. However, in Jan, we got much more than a real estate agent. She has helped us get acquainted with our new community and has been a good friend.
